Since day one, my work at HearDis! has been about reimagining Audio Branding and empowering brands with the sound that makes them audibly distinctive and memorable.
As the CEO, I am responsible for the long-term vision and direction of the company, and as a technology-driven thinker, I am always pushing towards the latest innovations and how we can translate them into impactful HearDis! products and solutions that benefit our clients.
I have been fascinated by the impact of sound and visuals on our perceptions, emotions and behavior since my early days as a young DJ and communication designer.
After running my own record label, Pulver Records, and consulting brands on how to effectively use music in marketing, it was a natural progression for my business partner Felix and me to start HearDis! in 2005.

In this presentation, Susan Schramm (CMO, Motel One Group) and Robin Hofmann (HearDis!) come together to break the myth that music is merely a ‘nice to have’.
Based on a new groundbreaking study conducted by HearDis! and the Sinus Institute at various Motel One locations across Europe, they demonstrate how locally tailored, brand-appropriate playlists significantly boost guest satisfaction and emotional attachment to the venue.
