James has a long background in professional AV and technology marketing, having begun as a product trainer and marketer for a UK-based AV integrator in the early noughties. James has worked across a variety of AV and IT technologies including videoconferencing, pro audio, IPTV, digital signage, enterprise video streaming, hosting, IT managed services, and engagement technologies. James was named in the InAVate 40 Under 40 in it's inaugural year, and is a mentor in the RISE AV mentorship program supporting women in AV.
