invidis consulting GmbH
Thomas Neumeister is an independent management consultant and founder of inviso-consult, based in Austria. He has been working in the digital signage market since 2002 — bringing over two decades of hands-on experience to questions of strategy, implementation, and operations.
What sets his work apart is the combination of perspectives he brings to every project: technology, business processes, organizational structure, and GDPR/regulatory compliance. In a market that often treats these as separate disciplines, Thomas works at the intersection — helping companies not only select and implement the right digital signage solutions, but also align them with data protection requirements and resilient operational structures.
He is invidis Impact Partner — a role he first held from 2012 to 2016 and has resumed since 2025.

Compliance is becoming a real management issue in digital signage. Many installations have grown over time but are not fully embedded in existing data protection, security, ESG, or governance structures.
This workshop introduces a structured compliance check model built specifically for digital signage organizations. It covers seven key dimensions – from supply chains, data protection, and sustainability to cybersecurity, cross-border data transfers, and organizational responsibility.
Three practical examples – GDPR, green signage, and software/CMS governance – show how risks can be assessed, prioritized, and turned into clear next steps. Participants leave with more than a general overview: they gain a focused picture of where to act first in their own environment.
