Josh began building the business in 2018 with Inurface Media, transforming it into the global IUF Group, with offices around the world. Under his leadership, the group designs and deploys end-to-end AV ecosystems, immersive digital experiences, retail media platforms, IoT integrations, and large-scale LED infrastructure for global clients.
With over 17 years of experience, Josh is a founder with grit , scaling complex digital systems that drive commercial performance and impactful physical spaces. His focus is long-term growth, with a clear target to build a £100m global group by 2030.
