From 2025, Gianluca Pasquali is the CEO of M-Cube, a leading company in digital in-store experience solutions. M-Cube specializes in creating innovative technologies and strategies to enhance customer engagement in physical retail spaces, including digital signage, interactive solutions, and omnichannel experiences.
Gianluca Pasquali comes from Vodafone, where he has held various Executive Committee roles both in Italy and within the Group from 2018 to the present. In particular, he served as Director of the Consumer Business Unit, Director of the Wholesale Business Unit, and Director of Commercial Operations at Vodafone Italy, as well as Director of Retail, Digital, and Operations for the entire Vodafone Group.
He joined Vodafone in 2011 as Head of Strategy and subsequently held several commercial roles of increasing responsibility in marketing and sales.
Previously, he gained experience in strategic consulting both in Italy and the United States at The Boston Consulting Group and began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on M&A.
He graduated with honors (110/110 cum laude) in Economics and obtained an MBA from SDA Bocconi.
