Ralf Siempelkamp held a number of high profile roles before becoming a freelance consultant in 2016. After three years at s.Oliver as Head of eShop and Special Project Management, Ralf moved to Esprit as Head of Retail Systems and Inventories. In 2010, following three years with Espirit, he became Director of Global Retail Operations at Hugo Boss in Germany. Three years later, he moved for HUGO Boss to Hong Kong to become Chief Merchandise Officer APAC. In that role, he was responsible for planning, buying, visual merchandising and store planning. Ralf’s business experiences align well with his personal interest in fashion, lifestyle, premium and fashion retail. He is an expert in strategy development and implementation; organisations, processes and change-management; merchandise and assortment planning; as well as consumer behaviour and trends.
