The company created a real ‘meeting place’ with a new dimension of communication in terms of form, strength of impact and effectiveness - this transforms the target from a passive viewer to an active and engaged participant. Interactive directories, relax touch tables, children's stations and interactive areas, video walls and touch walls with games for children and a complex digital signage system make IKEA ELNÒS SHOPPING a truly interactive experience. This presentation will explain how Touchwindow has developed new digital communication strategies for IKEA and how it can create and personalise our hardware and software solutions to create a successful connection between retailers and customers.
