The ICA Marketing Transformation Programme has been defined by, and combined with, other needs of the ICA Marketing department. This presentation will cover the omnichannel definition and what capabilities ICA is developing within the programme. The programme is one of ICA’s largest IT investments in its 100-year history and is being performed in close combination with IT and business. The programme moves ICA from traditional ways-of-working to a more agile approach.
