Since 2010, invidis consulting has published its analysis of Europe’s largest digital signage market – the DACH region (Germany, Austria & Switzerland). The annual yearbook – which is free to download – has evolved into the bible for the industry.
While the DACH region is the largest market in EMEA, the Nordics are setting trends in regard to consolidation and customer centric concepts. Besides this, Scandinavia is also the cradle of digital signage: Scala was born in Norway over 30 years ago, based on the famous Commodore platform. Even today – although it is now part of US-based Stratacache – Scala still acts as a full-service-integrator (FSI) at its birthplace in Oslo.
The far north of Europe is not only where the digital signage industry has its roots; it is also where market consolidation started. Over the past five years Scandinavia has developed into a textbook example of mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
invidis is presenting its latest DACH rankings at DSS Europe on 3 July 2019. For the first time the consultancy will also publish and award a ranking of the Nordics’ largest digital signage integrators. All rankings will be released at the DSS Europe 2019 evening event and awards presented to the leading market players.
