Participants in DSS 2016 are able to make use of a B2B meeting scheduling system for the second time and so use the benefits of technology-enabled meeting preparation and scheduling to begin the creation of meaningful business relationships.
Digital Signage Summit Europe 2016 uses the meeting planning Pitch and Match platform. The easy-to-use system makes it possible to set up business meetings for all attendees.
How does it work? After your registration to DSS Europe you will automatically receive an invitation and additional information via e-mail from invidis consulting for Pitch and Match. When in your own Pitch and Match matchmaking account you can target your prospects prior to the event and schedule meetings with potential business partners on the conference day.
For the actual meetings a special area is available at the venue on 23rd/24th June 2016. There, you will have enough room for social interaction and a good environment for serious debate. Or you can choose to meet elsewhere in the spacious conference venue.
This year you can also keep using the matchmaking tool six months after the conference to schedule further meetings with other attendees. This way you can keep communicating with your most important contacts from the DSS Europe or you can get in touch with attendees you did not meet directly at the conference.
